Karstadt Restaurant in Cologne

Terrible food and terribly incompetent staff ... last been there recently but now it's closed, it would be best to stay that way forever. It would be better to enlarge the Karstadt's sales area and close this "restaurant"!

Food tastes good, but the prices are significantly excessive. Selection is rather small. Wait staff can only speak German badly, which in my case led to misunderstandings. Chefs are very friendly and knowledgeable. On the whole okay, ambience is more like in a hospital and the food is enjoyable.

"High price level" for the offered .. e.g. for two small slices of chicken breast fillet 10 € At least the side dish was free and you could choose from four options.

Mensa food for 10 € well cooked for retirees soft and not salty

Self-service restaurant, cake selection abundant available. There is a fully automatic coffee machine, with the following drinks Latte macatio, cappuccino, coffee, expresso, etc.
